Something stuck? Dora is supervising the inbox.
Most answers live right here. Anything else, write to the Pack and a human on Dora's staff will answer, usually with her asleep on their feet.
When can I install the app?
DoraGrid for Android and iPhone is in development. Launch dates and store links will be shared here when they are ready.
Will it work offline?
Yes. Grids are made to download and keep, for porches, planes, and cabins. Your pets, postcards, and Nap Streak live on your device and sync when you are back.
I missed a day. Is my Nap Streak gone?
Dora's streaks are kind. A missed day pauses the warmth, it does not shame you, and a finished grid starts it right back up. She kept your spot on the couch either way.
What are Treats?
Treats are the in-game currency you earn for finished grids and streaks. Spend them on hints (Ask Dora) and on new Fits for Dora's badge, starting with the green sweater. Treats have no cash value; they are settled, like all Dora tallies, in actual treats at home.
Still stuck? Write to the Pack at [email protected] and tell us what Dora did. She will deny everything, and we will help anyway.
